Cixi Hongsen Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Dongfan Village, Henghe Town, Cixi City, Zhejiang Province. The company was founded in June 2017.

Hongsen Machinery focuses on researching the manufacturing and application of high-quality plastic molds. Currently, our molds and plastic parts are mainly exported to Europe, the United States, and Mexico.

Our company's main product types are automotive components: interior series (handle series, coat hooks, air vents, etc.), exterior series (wheel hub covers, wheel hub inserts), car lamp brackets, auxiliary instrument panel (channel brackets, cup holders), glove boxes, etc.

The outstanding engineering and technical team is the most prominent feature of Hongsen Machinery, and the core mold engineering personnel (including structural design and process engineering) have more than 20 years of industry experience. The company currently has 16 employees, and the main process technical personnel have more than 10 years of experience in precision mold manufacturing. The company has a design department, project department, production department, and a trial module team, with 3 mold designers, 1 project manager, 11 processing and manufacturing personnel, and 1 trial module team.

The mold manufacturing equipment is basically complete: rocker drill, milling machine, deep hole drill, precision grinder, CNC, precision carving, and electric spark (please refer to the equipment list for equipment configuration).
